ECOBUILDING: ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION

Environmental protection, climate change, limitations of non renewable energy sources and energy needs have become the topic of daily debates at an institutional level but also amongst average citizens who more and more are measuring living and working space in terms of energy efficiency and conservation.

Pirelli RE, already a pioneer* in the field of eco-sustainable real estate development, launches Ecobuilding, the first integrated program for environmentally friendly construction to be developed by a real estate player, which will involve new development projects in every market sector; from residential to commercial.

Ecobuilding's goal is to offer top quality, energy efficient, eco-sustainable, new generation products, in order to be ahead of any changes in the law: exemplary buildings, designed and constructed on the basis of environmental and social considerations, as well as economics.

In order to meet the challenge of this commitment, Pirelli RE puts its vast expertise and experience in the management of large, complex urban projects to work while also collaborating with primary universities and research institutes.
